Return Policy

We are proud to offer a “Scentisfaction” guarantee: If you are unhappy with your purchase within 15 days of your order, please contact us to return or exchange your purchase.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for all incurred shipping costs, including purchases eligible for free shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Gift cards and subscription items are exempt from being returned or exchanged.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
